For Him
How does it feel to be too close and too far from someone at the same time? You know that the person is very next to you when you close your eyes but very far the moment you open them. What do you call such kind of a relationship, which seems so strong that even though you are miles apart, you still stay connected through your hearts? I feel to be a witness to this kind of a relationship is amazing, but to be part of it is really great and a disaster at the same time. There are moments when you feel great that he is somewhere else, doing well in his career and building up a life of his own; and then there are times when you feel low that your best friend is not with you in person. Although he is just a call or a text away, the physical presence at times becomes so important! At times it’s a luxury to see someone you love roaming around you, thinking about you and talking to you. Why not? After all who doesn’t want to be loved? Such is the situation. You love him, he is your best friend but he is away from you. You are happy about his success, about his independence; but sad about the fact that he is not with you. You don’t get everything in the same plate. You are happy and sad at the same time and you get confused whether to celebrate his success or mourn for being lonely. You are indeed lucky to be a part of this bonding that goes strong and strong as the distance increased.
For Her
I am leaving a part of my heart behind as I leave this place with a better job. I don’t know why she had to force me to get into it. She is happy about my career, but I am sad about the fact that I am leaving her behind and leaving for a different country. How does it feel to be happy and sad at the same time? In a way I should be happy that I am leaving this stupid job and moving out with a better opportunity, but I am also feeling sad that she wont be with me in person from now on. How does it feel to be a part of this relationship that makes you so strong that you get ready to move out without the fear of loosing someone? Being such great friends, you develop a special bonding between each other and then one day you are destined to move out of it, inspite of being sure about being in touch with other, you still feel a deep loss inside. And when you are away you catch hold of the missing link in your life and understand how important she was for you. You call her every now and then and keep talking. Words keep flowing and you feel as if you two are sitting next to each other and talking your heart out. How lovely it is to have a best friend whom you love so much. Gradually you feel great about the fact that in today’s world you are one of the few chosen ones who develop such a beautiful relationship which even after moving away makes you feel equally strong for it.
Others
There go the two most happening people in the crowd who came out of the corporate struggle and became best friends. We never thought that there can be best friend in workplace. Its indeed a lovely thing to have great friends around. I wish even I had one.
The Smiling One
In the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter, and sharing of pleasures.
